She has coached leaders to grow and improve strategy, operations, HR and accounting of their small and large companies and nonprofit organizations. In addition, Vanda has started, grown and sold a professional service company.

Education
Vanda obtained an BA in Accounting and MA of Taxation from the University of Denver. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Coach with an ACC license from the ICF and an inactive CPA license.
Interests
Vanda is a 3rd generation Coloradan with deep roots in both the skiing and ranching communities. She lives in Golden and spends her time hiking, biking and skiing with her husband and their active black lab.
